The Fairmount 500, a raffle benefiting Fairmount Center for the Arts, returns this summer with an opportunity to win $15,000. A second place prize of $2,000 and third place prize of $1,000 will also be offered. Each ticket is $100 and only 500 will be sold.

“Purchasing a ticket in the Fairmount 500 raffle offers a chance to win a significant cash prize while also supporting an important community resource here in the Chagrin Valley,” said Elizabeth Bolander, executive director of Fairmount Center for the Arts. “The funds raised from the Fairmount 500 will help us serve more individuals with our dance, music, theatre and visual arts classes as well as our outreach programs.”

Ticket sales for the Fairmount 500 raffle have begun and will continue until Friday, August 26 at 5 p.m. or until all 500 tickets are sold. Tickets can be purchased online at fairmountcenter.org or over the phone at (440) 338-3171. In-person sales will begin at Fairmount Center for the Arts on Tuesday, July 5. The Fairmount 500 raffle winners will be announced at the closing reception for the 46th Annual Fairmount Art Exhibition on Saturday, August 27 at 6 p.m. The drawing will be held at Fairmount Center for the Arts and live streamed on its website.
