On December 29, the Lake County YMCA will celebrate its 150th anniversary in providing opportunities for everyone to achieve healthy living as well as encouraging youth development and social responsibility in our community. In celebration, the Lake County Y will host a Basketball Hot Shot Contest at the Central Y in Painesville on December 29 beginning at 4 pm. Everyone in the community is welcome to celebrate. Free to participate. Age brackets will be established for Hot Shot Contest participants in grades 1–12. Awards and prizes will be given.
