The Lake County YMCA Central branch is hosting a community Health Fair to provide everyone with resources that promote healthy living. Free and open to the public, individuals and families can get blood sugar screenings, blood pressure screenings, meet with health consultants, gather nutritional information, and enjoy chair massages. Several local health and wellness providers will be available to speak with attendees including American Red Cross, Lake County Free Clinic, Lake Health Wellness, Second Sole/Cleveland XC Racing, Beltone, Emeritus, Morris Chiropractic, Miracle Ear, Crossroads, and Laketran. For 150 years, the Lake County YMCA has been invested in the community not only as a place for people to improve their health and well being but also a place which welcomes everyone, regardless of age, income or background, to be more confident and connected.
