Community ‘Lab Night’ Event
Hosted by Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit GCBDD's science lab to complete science experiments involving static, electricity, wind and water and many more. Participants will even have the opportunity to take a few of the experiments home.
In addition to the hands-on science experiments, there will also be demonstrations and an opportunity to visit the Geauga Park District's portable planetarium. The portable planetarium is by ticket only. Attendees are encouraged to come early to get tickets.
"This is a fun opportunity for our community members to learn about different science experiments and get hands-on experience," said GCBDD's Service and Support Administrator and Community Connections Coordinator Janice Chesnes. "Not only will guests be able to complete different experiments, but they will also be able to take a couple of them home to display proudly!"
