Since 2001, Leadership Geauga County has honored visionary and dedicated community leaders whose extraordinary work has enhanced the quality of life in Geauga County.  These individuals and organizations have given generously of their time and talents to promote a stronger community and have shaped the Geauga County in significant ways.
 
They are seeking nominations from the community for the 2018 Emerald Leader Award.  This award is presented to an individual, business and/or a nonprofit agency that demonstrates outstanding leadership by contributions through volunteerism, philanthropy, or innovation.  Nominees (individuals or organizations) must reside in Geauga County to be considered and do not have to be associated with Leadership Geauga.
