For the last five years, All City Candy in Richmond Heights has been satisfying the sweet tooth of kids and adults with thousands of candy choices.  From rare and unique candy to hand-dipped gourmet chocolate treats right from the kitchen, there is something for everyone.

“All City Candy is a place of happiness where people can create fond memories and have fun. Our founder and CEO Elisabeth Sapell always wanted to be an entrepreneur and find something that would help make people happy… what can make a person happier than candy?” said Laura Dim, All City Candy director of marketing.

In addition to offering the most popular modern candy brands, you can find nostalgic candy, ranging from popular items before the 1920s, such as stick candy, saltwater taffy and Moon Pies, to the 1950s candy necklaces, and even a wall of Pez dispensers.

A main feature of the store is the more than 700 bins of bulk candy, which includes M&Ms by color and more than 70 Jelly Belly dispensers.

Gourmet chocolate-dipped treats are also a favorite among kids and businesses looking for something unique to thank employees or clients. Hand-crafted in an open kitchen where customers can watch the candy magic happen, All City Candy dips more than just pretzels.  They also offer chocolate-dipped Oreos, Nutter Butter cookies, Rice Krispies treats, marshmallows and more.

“We like to say if you can dip it, we’ll try it. You can customize beautiful gift baskets, boxes and party containers.  We will even come to your business (or party) and set up a candy buffet,” said Dim.

All City Candy will cater a personalized candy buffet for birthday and holiday parties, Bar Mitzvahs, weddings and corporate events.  You can even host a birthday party at the store where kids can get chocolate pretzels and decorate a cake with candy as well as play human Candy Land, candy bingo, or pin the M on an M&M.

During the holidays, All City Candy will be filled with fun seasonal candies, chocolate-dipped treats and a variety of Brach’s products.  There is also a high demand for the handmade chocolate bowls.

“We love to create fun for our customers and the community.  The last few years we have sold out our Breakfast with Santa and Easter Bunny events.  Families love to come into the store for a photo and visit with Santa.  It’s a lot of fun to celebrate the holidays with our customers,” added Dim.

Breakfast with Santa is free and held in December.  Specific details will be posted on the All City Candy Facebook page.  Families must RSVP online or call All City Candy at 216-487-7070 to attend, as the breakfast will sell out.

All City Candy gives back with “Santa Sacks” and annually donates hundreds of candy-filled snack bags to kids at Rainbow Babies and Children Hospital in Cleveland.

“2017 will be our third year for Santa Sacks.  The generosity of our community is amazing.  People will come in just to buy candy for the kid’s baskets.  We are so proud to give back to families in our community,” added Dim.
