"Amazing Butterflies" exhibit opens at Cleveland Botanical Garden

The Cleveland Botanical Garden invites visitors to embark on an exciting journey, transforming from caterpillars into butterflies, at Amazing Butterflies, a special exhibit running from Saturday, March 23 through Sunday, April 28.

Visitors will experience the challenges of being a caterpillar as it morphs into a beautiful butterfly through an interactive maze of larger-than-life leaves, grass and trees.   Parents and children can play games to learn about nectar, lifecycles, and mating, and they can even climb into their own pupa pods as they make their way through the maze.

The Botanical Garden’s regular butterfly collection will be highlighted during the exhibit with additional live butterflies to be released throughout the show.
