A Summer Garden Party at Wildwood Cultural Center

The Mentor Community Arts Commission invites the public to an evening of art, music, and history, at “A Summer Garden Party” on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 6–10 PM.

Guests will be treated to live music throughout the evening by Latin guitarist Victor Samalot as well as dulcimer and ukulele groups.

Working artists will be on-site sketching and painting while the Cleveland Museum of Art presents the Cleveland, Cradle of Creativity: Artists of Our Region exhibit along with the interpretive guidance of two docents.

Guests will also be able enjoy interactive comedy entertainment, drop-in ballroom dancing lessons, stained glass demonstrations, fire jugglers, tours of the historic Manor House, and a complimentary 5x7 personalized photo taken by their on-site photographer.

A silent auction concludes the evening with the opportunity to bid on the unique pieces created by the evening’s artists.

Hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be available.

Tickets can be purchased for $40.00 each by calling the Wildwood Cultural Center at 440-974-5735. This is a 21 and over event.  Proceeds support the Mentor Community Art Commission’s [unveiled] Student Showcase.
