The Geauga Family YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, will launch EGYM, a smart fitness system that personalizes every workout through connected technology, on Thursday, November 7, 2025.

EGYM combines advanced equipment with data-driven training to help members of all fitness levels achieve their goals safely and effectively. Each machine automatically adjusts to the individual’s body measurements and strength level, guiding users through a customized workout that adapts as they improve.

Members can log in with their YMCA wristband or key tag to access their personalized settings. The system tracks performance, provides visual feedback and syncs with a mobile app to keep progress consistent between visits.

The launch of EGYM reflects the YMCA of Greater Cleveland’s ongoing commitment to innovation and overall well-being. The system enhances the Y’s mission to strengthen spirit, mind and body by making fitness more engaging, inclusive and sustainable.

Members and community members are invited to attend the EGYM launch event on November 7 at the Geauga Family YMCA to experience live demonstrations, meet wellness staff and learn how this new technology can help them reach their fitness goals.
