Great Lakes Mall unwraps a variety of holiday fun and festivities
Great Lakes Mall is unwrapping one of its most exciting holiday seasons yet, offering area shoppers and families a full calendar of festivities. The lineup blends beloved traditions, such as visits and photos with Santa Claus and Paws & Claus, with exciting new experiences, including Oliver's Marketplace and other unique community events.
Photos with Santa will take place in the Dillard’s Concourse through December 24. Guests who make a reservation in advance will receive bonus gifts valued at $54 including a personalized digital message from Santa before their visit, a three-month trial to Crayola Create and Play, and more. Walk-ups are also welcome. Visit the mall’s website for a complete list of hours, pricing and reservation link.
Four-legged friends will take center stage during Paws & Claus on Monday, December 8 from 5–7 p.m. Well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome and reservations can be made on the mall’s website. Walk-ups are also welcome.
Sensitive Santa®, held on Sunday, December 7 from 9:30–10:30 a.m., provides a sensory-friendly experience that welcomes guests with sensory sensitivities to enjoy a magical morning with Santa before regular mall activities begin. Guests can enjoy a special activity in addition to a visit with Santa. Families can register for the event here; walk ups are also welcome.
New this year, Great Lakes Mall welcomes Oliver’s Marketplace, where guests can discover festive and seasonal, local and handmade items, while supporting small businesses. Oliver’s Marketplace will be open every Saturday through Jan. 3, 2026, from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. in the Dillard’s Concourse near Oliver’s Emporium & Holiday Shop. Vendors interested in getting involved in Oliver’s Marketplace should email oliversemporium@myyahoo.com.
