Spend time with the animals you adore and the people you care about Saturday, February 7 – Sunday, February 15 at Greater Cleveland Aquarium.

During That’s A-Moray, complete a love-themed activity sheet, discover quirky courtship rituals, strike a pose with punny animal valentines and enjoy mood music as you wander through the galleries.

“When it comes to finding a mate, musk turtles nip, red hook silver dollars chase, mossy frogs chirp and damselfish jump, so I guess there’s always a splash of romance here,” says Aquarium General Manager Stephanie White, adding, “Even our Valentine’s celebration’s namesake—the moray eel—performs a graceful dance during courtship.” 

For those who want to heat things up, the Aquarium is staying open until 8 p.m. on Friday & Saturday, February 13 & 14, with optional adult beverages available for purchase. “It can be a cozy date night or a fun escape from the winter chill with family and friends,” says White.

That’s A-Moray kicks off with We Love Our Passholders Morning on Saturday, February 7, 8:30–10 a.m. The exclusive event is a lovely opportunity for members to craft original Valentine’s Day cards, enjoy sweet treats and snap photos with sign-holding scuba divers.
