Geauga County Fair returns September 3–7, 2026

The Great Geauga County Fair returns Thursday through Monday with five full days of livestock shows, fair food, rides, contests, demonstrations, grandstand events and family entertainment throughout the fairgrounds.

Daily fair traditions include Jr. Fair and open-class animal shows, Heritage Village, woodcarving demonstrations, strolling entertainment, balloon creations by Balloons by Blake and performances by The Great Geauga County Fair Band. Families can also enjoy multiple daily shows including B & B Magic Show, Sea Lion Splash, Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean, Sheriff Stretch’s Comedy Variety Show and Wacky Balloon Show, and the Alford E. Gator Puppet Truck.

Thursday
Chicken Flying Contest and Jr. Fair King & Queen Coronation
Friday
Chardon Polka Band, harness racing and the highly anticipated E5C4P3 Journey Tribute Band concert at 8 p.m. in the small grandstand
Saturday
Apple Pie Auction, GEAR robotic demonstration, large animal livestock sale and Demolition Derby
Sunday
Anyone Can Bake Contest, Geauga Sheriff K-9 demonstration, Diaper Dash, Rooster Crowing Contest, Band-O-Rama, Jr. Fair Dance and Truck & Tractor Pull
Monday
Kiddie Tractor Pull, animal costume classes, Jr. Fair Style Show, Frog Jumping Contest and High Steel Rodeo

With animals, music, contests, shows, food and old-fashioned fair fun, the Great Geauga County Fair offers something for every age all weekend long.

General Admission
$12, children 6 and under are free

Special Ticket Pricing 
Thursday: Fun Day, Fair Day – $10
Friday: Seniors 65+ and veterans – Free
Monday: Family Day – All-day ride bracelets for $15
