Loving Hands Yoga and Reiki is a small, intimate studio whose aim is to promote health and peace through the mindful practice of the yoga, Reiki and mindful wellness paths.

We provide a quiet, relaxing environment for improving our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. We promote an atmosphere of acceptance and respect for all people, no matter what their present condition might be.

We bring the gift of yoga to children in schools and child care centers, and to senior adults and the disabled at home and in group communities. We also teach workplace wellness classes for staff at businesses, colleges and universities.
