At Lawrence, students are accepted for who they are and how they learn. The schools offer affirmation for students' strengths, candor and clarity about their challenges, and hold them accountable for what they can and should be learning.
As a result, students begin to know themselves in a new way and start to grasp all that they can achieve. They become relaxed and confident, self-aware and self-assured, and understand that intelligence and learning differences – such as dyslexia and ADHD – can coexist. At Lawrence, students don’t just find their voice, they ROAR.
This new outlook is a game-changer at home as daily battles over homework subside, a renewed passion for learning is ignited, and families have time to be a family again. Because Lawrence teachers “get” each child, students “get” themselves and parents “get their child back.”
Lawrence School serves K-12 students from more than 80 northeast Ohio communities at its two campus locations in Broadview Heights and Sagamore Hills.
