The Lake County OSU Extension and the Lake County Master Gardeners are hosting their annual gardening workshop at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio on Saturday, March 9th. Registration open at 8:00 am, the program starts at 8:45 am and the last session ends at 3:30 pm. A choice of 12 sessions will be offered in four time slots. The program fee of $48 includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, handouts and a parting gift. Vendors will offer garden-related items for sale. Workshop sessions include topics such as pollinator gardening, biodiversity and native plants, vegetable and community gardening, healthy soil, herbs, pest management, healthy trees and pruning.
