On Sunday, October 4, 2026 from Noon-2pm, Celebration Lutheran Church, 10621 Auburn Road, Chardon, Ohio 44024 will host a Pet Blessing & Care Fair. Bring your companion animal(s) and/or service animal(s) for a blessing and a goodie bag. Snacks will be available for both animals and humans. Visit with representatives from area rescue and animal therapy organizations, including the Sanctuary for Senior Dogs, Rescue Village, Dr. Doolittle’s House, Four Legged Scholars, Lake Humane Society, Geauga Mama Dogs and Pups, and Ohio Paws with Purpose. Proceeds from tickets sold for raffle prizes from local vendors will be split by the rescue groups. Pet food donations for local pet foodbanks will be gratefully accepted.
